  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver integrated product solutions.
  • Support platform modernization, migrations, application enhancements, content integration, and service evolution.

  • Monitor product performance and drive improvements using reporting, customer feedback, analytics, and dashboards.
  • Support business cases, investment analyses, benefit tracking, financial forecasts, and funding recommendations.
  • Prepare executive presentations, status updates, decision materials, and governance documents.

Critical qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a listed related discipline or equivalent related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in product management, technical project management, telecommunications, digital products, media, technology delivery, or related fields.
  • Experience supporting complex cross-functional initiatives from definition through implementation and post-launch support.
  • Ability to translate business and technical concepts into product requirements and stakeholder communications.
  • Analytical, problem-solving, organizational, prioritization, and stakeholder-alignment skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work effectively with English- and French-speaking stakeholders across Canada.

Preferred qualifications

  • Business cases, cost-benefit analysis, financial forecasts, investment recommendations, JIRA, Confluence, and product-management tools.
  • Business intelligence, analytics, reporting, dashboarding, customer journeys, process flows, and service design.
  • IPTV, streaming video, connected-TV applications, content aggregation, authentication, entitlements, billing, provisioning, or digital television.
  • Regulatory, privacy, accessibility, or legal reviews; external vendor, supplier, or strategic partner experience.
  • Bilingualism in English and French is an asset; adequate French is required for positions in Quebec.
