Key Scope
- Incumbent reports to Head of Product Deliver and own the product roadmap, vision, and lifecycle for digital asset products
- Translate business needs into clear technical requirements and features
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver high-impact solutions
- Manage product backlog, prioritisation, and release planning
- Drive end-to-end product delivery from concept to launch
- Design and oversee API integrations and third-party connectivity
- Ensure high product quality through QA oversight and continuous improvement
- Engage stakeholders and clients to gather feedback and enhance product value
- Support product training and internal enablement
- The ideal candidate should be/have:
- 8 to 10 years of experience in Product Management, ideally within fintech or digital assets
- Strong understanding of blockchain / virtual assets / payments ecosystems
- Proven experience delivering end-to-end digital products
- Hands-on exposure to APIs, system integrations, and Agile environments
- Ability to bridge business and engineering teams effectively
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Good to have:
- Experience with tokenisation, smart contracts, or crypto platforms
- Knowledge of core banking systems or financial regulations
- Certifications in Product Management, Agile, or Cloud technologies
- Experience working with international stakeholders across Asia markets is advantageous.
