We are seeking an experienced Pre-Sales Consultant to be the technical cornerstone of our sales efforts.
Working closely with the Sales Manager and channel partners, you will be responsible for understanding complex client requirements, demonstrating the technical capabilities of our productized solutions, and ensuring their fit and feasibility.
This role is crucial in illustrating how our solutions, can deliver tangible value to diverse external clients.
Technical Sales Support
- Partner with the Sales Manager and channel partners to understand client business challenges and technical requirements.
- Conduct in-depth product demonstrations, technical presentations, and workshops for prospective clients and partners, both virtually and in-person.
- Translate complex technical features into clear business benefits and value propositions for various stakeholders.
- Address technical objections and provide expert answers to client questions during the sales cycle.
Rfp & Tender Response Management
- Lead the technical response for RFPs, RFQs, and tender submissions, ensuring all technical requirements are meticulously addressed and proposed solutions are comprehensive and accurate.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and legal teams to ensure technical proposals align with commercial terms and company capabilities.
- Develop detailed solution architectures, technical proposals, and scope of work documents.
Solution Design & Feasibility
- Collaborate with clients to define and document their technical requirements, acting as a bridge between sales and product/delivery teams.
- Develop solution architectures and proposals that demonstrate how our white-label products can integrate with existing client systems (e.g., ERPs like Oracle Fusion, internal applications).
- Perform technical feasibility assessments and provide accurate estimates for implementation effort and timeline.
- Ensure proposed solutions align with our "Scalable by Design" principle, prioritizing repeatable and standardized deployments.
Proof Of Concept (Poc) & Pilot Management
- Design, configure, and lead Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and pilot projects to showcase the product's capabilities and value in a client's specific environment.
- Work closely with clients during pilot phases to ensure success and gather feedback.
Content & Knowledge Management
- Develop and maintain pre-sales collateral, including demo scripts, technical presentations, FAQs, and competitive analysis materials.
- Stay up-to-date with product enhancements, industry trends, and competitive landscape, continuously enhancing your technical expertise.
- Contribute to our "Data-Driven Evolution" by providing feedback on market needs and product gaps to the product development team.
Partner Enablement
- Provide technical training and support to channel partners, enabling them to confidently position and demonstrate our solutions.
- Assist partners with their client engagements and technical queries.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in a pre-sales, solutions architect, or technical consultant role for enterprise software or SaaS solutions.
- Strong technical acumen with experience in enterprise application integration (EAI), APIs, cloud platforms, and data management.
- Proven experience demonstrating and positioning complex software solutions to diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with major ERP systems (e.g., Oracle Fusion, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics) and HRIS platforms is highly desirable.
- Exceptional presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to quickly understand client needs and propose effective solutions.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic proficiency is a significant advantage.
- Willingness to travel across the GCC region as required.
