Full-time, on-site Technical Presales Manager role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Supports sales by understanding customer requirements, designing technical solutions, and presenting audio-video and smart home offerings.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver technical demonstrations, respond to RFPs and RFQs, and create solution proposals.
- Provide technical guidance during the sales cycle and collaborate internally on accurate solution design.
- Participate in product trainings and provide market feedback to support product improvements.
- Make occasional customer site visits, coordinate with regional partners, and ensure solutions meet technical and commercial expectations.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills and demonstrated team management abilities.
- Hands-on technical support experience with troubleshooting, solution configuration, and implementation-related customer assistance.
- Project management proficiency; exposure to R&D or product teams is advantageous.
- Solid understanding of audio-video systems, AI/IoT smart home technologies, and related industry standards.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Experience in presales, solution engineering, or technical consulting, preferably in AV, smart home, or IT/technology.
- Able to work on-site in Dubai, travel regionally as needed, and adapt to a fast-paced customer-focused environment.
