Candidate Profile
- We are looking for a charismatic expert who combines deep technical knowledge with a consultant’s mindset.
- **Expertise:** Solid understanding of OSS, BSS, and Autonomous Networks (AN). You should be familiar with 4G/5G architectures and the inner workings of NOC/SMC environments.
- **Experience:** Proven track record in a Presales, Technical Sales, or Consulting role within the Telecom sector. Alternatively, deep experience working directly for a Telecom Operator in Engineering or IT departments.
- **Education:** University degree in Business, Sales, or Economics (ideally combined with a technical background) or an Engineering degree in IT/Telecommunications.
- **Languages:** Excellent command of both Arabic and English is mandatory.
- **Soft Skills:** Exceptional presentation skills, a "can-do" attitude, and the patience to navigate complex sales cycles with confidence and determination.
Your Responsibilities
- In this role, you will be the technical heart of our sales process, ensuring our solutions perfectly align with customer needs.
- **Solution Design:** Consult with prospective and existing clients to identify pain points and propose tailored solutions based on our OSS/BSS product portfolio.
- **RFx Management:** Lead and coordinate the technical response for RFI, RFQ, and RFP processes, including solution architecture, effort estimation, and pricing.
- **Product Evangelism:** Conduct high-impact software demonstrations and lead Proof of Concept (PoC) projects, collaborating closely with Production and Implementation teams.
- **Seamless Transition:** Oversee the early stages of implementation (analysis and concept) to ensure a smooth hand-over from the sales phase to the project delivery team.
- **Market Presence:** Act as a brand ambassador at major industry conferences and workshops, contributing to technical marketing content and speaking in front of large audiences.
