What you bring:

  • Minimum 1 year machine operations or quality control experience in manufacturing environment.
  • · Good understanding of Health & Safety requirements and works in a safe manner.
  • · Self-motivated with the drive, commitment, and high energy to motivate others.
  • · The ability to read and understand written instructions and product specifications.
  • · Must be able to stand for 8 hours a day.
  • · Excellent people skills
  • What you will be doing:
  • · Operate equipment effectively and efficiently to produce desired output, maintaining high standards of quality required by customers.
  • · Ensure smooth and uninterrupted flow of product by making efficient product changes.
  • · Collaborate with team members and departments to maintain a cohesive work environment.
  • · Adhere to company standards, specifications, and policies while operating equipment.
  • · Produce quality mineral fiber ceiling tile products within specified parameters of quality, material efficiency, and time efficiency.
  • · Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workplace to ensure optimal operations.
