Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Technical Office Architect role based in Jeddah.
The Technical Office Architect will prepare, review, and coordinate detailed architectural drawings, shop drawings, and construction documents to ensure design intent and technical accuracy.
Responsibilities include coordinating with project managers, site teams, consultants, and contractors to resolve design and technical issues, and to support smooth project execution.
The role involves producing and updating BIM/CAD models, specifications, and material schedules, as well as reviewing integration with structural, MEP, and other systems.
The Technical Office Architect will monitor compliance with codes, standards, and company guidelines, assist in value engineering, and support project documentation, reporting, and technical submittals throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Strong background in Architecture and Architectural Design, with proven ability to translate concepts into detailed technical drawings and documentation.
- Experience with Software Development and Integration related to architectural workflows (e.g., BIM coordination, plugin use, data integration between design and project management tools).
- Demonstrated Project Management capabilities, including planning, coordination, time management, and stakeholder communication.
- Proficiency in relevant design and documentation software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, BIM tools, and other architectural applications).
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture or a closely related field.
- Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and construction practices in Saudi Arabia or the region.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical coordination skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary environment and to operate in a fast-paced, quality-focused setting.
- Professional experience in luxury residential or high-end real estate projects is an advantage.
