About This Role

  • Maintain relationship with existing & new clients.
  • Prepare, maintain company written practice, all NDT and PWHT procedures, project specification procedures in accordance with current edition of ASME, AWS, API, EEMUA, BS, EN, ISO codes and standards.
  • Preparation of ASME audits, NDT procedures, demonstration of the same, making demo records, review of radiographs, participations at pre-audit and final audits at ASME shops around UAE.
  • ASNT Level III witnessing of NDT, reports review and film review for ASME, AWS and API jobs.
  • Provide training & certification of (Level I/ Level II) NDT Technicians as per code requirements.
  • Maintain and review technician qualification files & records.
  • Overseeing all non-destructive testing (NDT) operations within the company.
  • Developing and implementing NDT procedures and protocols to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • NDT Level III services- ASME Code stamped fabrication companies all over UAE and Middle Eastern regions.
  • Ensure effective implementation of ISO & OHSAS standards and advise throughout the organization for proper compliance.
  • Supervising NDT Level III training and certification.
  • Interactions with all clients regarding all technician issues, complaints etc.
  • API-510, 653, 570 inspection services.
  • CSWIP welding inspection services.
  • BGAS Painting Inspections.
  • Prepare, maintain company written practice, all NDT and PWHT procedures, project specific procedures in accordance with current edition of ASME, AWS, API EEMUA, BS, EN, ISO codes and standards.
  • Preparations of ASME Audits, NDT procedures & demonstration of the same, preparing demo records, review of radiographs, participation at pre-audits and final audits at the ASME shops with ASME team leaders around Middle Eastern region.
  • Managing a team of NDT technicians and providing leadership, guidance, and training as needed.
  • Coordinating with other departments to integrate NDT processes into overall quality assurance and production workflows.
  • Conducting internal audit with team, preparing to get new accreditations for the company.
  • Assisting business development with project requirements, and technical, budgets, binding.
  • Preparing all the documents for Audit, attending audit with auditors, assisting inspector’s demonstration answering auditors’ questions.
  • Conducting regular inspections and audits to ensure the integrity and reliability of NDT equipment and processes.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support to project teams, including interpretation of NDT codes, standards, and specifications.
  • Training and Development: Facilitate training sessions for NDT technicians and inspectors.
