Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Writer role based in Hyderabad.
The Writer will create clear, engaging, and accurate content to support the company’s IT services, consulting solutions, and staffing offerings.
Day-to-day responsibilities include researching technical topics, writing and editing website copy, marketing collateral, job descriptions, case studies, and internal communication materials.
The Writer will collaborate with recruiters, sales teams, and technical consultants to translate complex information into accessible, client-focused content.
The role also involves ensuring consistency with brand voice and style guidelines, optimizing content for readability and basic SEO, and meeting deadlines across multiple concurrent projects.
Qualifications
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to produce concise, technically accurate, and audience-appropriate content.
- Experience creating professional content such as marketing copy, website text, job postings, technical overviews, or client presentations.
- Ability to research and quickly understand IT concepts, tools, and services (e.g., software development, QA, databases, enterprise applications).
- Familiarity with basic content structuring and formatting for web, documents, and presentations.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English, with strong grammar, proofreading, and attention to detail.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work closely with technical, sales, and recruiting teams in an on-site environment.
- Effective time management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Technical Writing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Prior experience writing in an IT services, consulting, or staffing environment is a plus.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and digital content best practices is preferred.
