In this role, you will be responsible for managing technical projects, guiding engineering teams, and ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of systems and solutions.
You’ll collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align technical execution with business objectives and drive continuous innovation.

Lead and manage technical teams, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance support.
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects and initiatives.
Coordinate with product, operations, and business teams to define technical requirements and priorities.
Ensure the quality, security, scalability, and reliability of systems and applications.
Review technical designs, architecture, and development practices.
Monitor project progress, manage risks, and resolve technical challenges.
Drive process improvements and promote engineering best practices.
Manage technical resources, budgets, and project timelines.
Stay informed about emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions.

✅ Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Strong technical background in software development, infrastructure, systems engineering, or related disciplines.
Experience
leading technical teams and managing complex projects.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Knowledge of project management methodologies and development lifecycles.
Ability to balance technical priorities with business objectives.
Experience
