- We’re looking for an experienced and results-driven Technical Manager to lead our technical teams and oversee the successful delivery of technology projects and initiatives.
- In this role, you will be responsible for managing technical operations, providing leadership to engineering teams, and ensuring the development of high-quality solutions that align with business objectives.
- You’ll collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to drive innovation, improve processes, and support long-term business growth.
- 🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage technical teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.
- Develop and implement technical strategies aligned with business goals.
- Oversee system architecture, software development, infrastructure, and technical operations.
- Coordinate project planning, resource allocation, budgeting, and risk management activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and project objectives.
- Ensure technical solutions meet quality, performance, security, and scalability standards.

- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead multiple projects and technical teams simultaneously.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, or other project delivery methodologies is an advantage.
