Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Technical Maintenance Manager
to oversee the maintenance and operational performance of
ANPR, ELV, and CCTV systems
across multiple sites.
The ideal candidate will ensure all security and parking technology systems operate efficiently, with minimal downtime, and in line with technical and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage preventive and corrective maintenance of ANPR, ELV, and CCTV systems
- Ensure continuous system uptime and fast resolution of technical issues
- Supervise and support a team of technicians and subcontractors
- Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of new systems
- Monitor and maintain CCTV, ANPR, access control, barriers, and related ELV systems
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for technical support
- Maintain maintenance records, reports, and system performance logs
- Ensure compliance with safety, operational, and security standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, IT, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in ELV, CCTV, and ANPR systems
- Strong knowledge of IP-based surveillance systems and networking
- Experience in team supervision and site operations
- Familiarity with parking management systems is an advantage
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
