The purpose of the role is to support quality activities in Fab, Assy, Housing &

New projects line.

Deliver desirable outputs in-terms of Quality & Safety on time

• Follow safety practices in workplace.
• Ensure 100% system adherence.
• Localization of Calibration activities
• Should have knowledge and practices of process documents.
• Should have knowledge of handling lab equipment, and trouble shooting
• Purchase requisition / purchase order and follow up with vendor for on time

Gauge calibration

• Participate in ISO 9001, IATF and ISO 45001 audits.
• Manage the entire Lab related to Plant Quality Process & Procedures.
• Conduct training programs on OPEX/Product/Process
• Supporting to all quality functions FAB/ASSY/HSG/New projects

• Zero safety incident
• In-house rejections analysis and making reports as per timeline.
• Adherence of Calibration, MSA & Audits plan
• 3C / 5S, ISO, IATF and ISO45001 audit closures
• Initiating and Completion of VSM & Six sigma projects

Competencies and

• Basic Knowledge of AM & FI pillar
• Initiating & Completion of TAGE projects
• Knowledge of TPM practices & IMS activities
• Should have strong knowledge in Automotive core tools and GD&T.
