Functional Tester - Microsoft Dynamics 365 (ECCBC Project)

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows.
• Create and execute functional, integration, regression, and UAT test scenarios.
• Validate end-to-end business processes in Dynamics 365.
• Prepare test cases, test scripts, test data, and traceability matrices.
• Identify, log, track, and verify defects using Azure DevOps or other ALM tools.
• Collaborate with Functional Consultants, Business Users, and Development teams.
• Conduct integration testing with external systems, interfaces, and third-party applications.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and business sign-off activities.
• Validate security roles, workflows, approvals, and business rules.
• Prepare test summary reports and quality metrics.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of Functional Testing experience.
• 2+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 testing experience.
• Strong understanding of business process testing and defect lifecycle management.
• Experience in preparing test scenarios, test cases, and execution reports.
• Working knowledge of Azure DevOps/Test Plans.
• Experience in SIT, UAT, Regression, and End-to-End testing.
• Excellent analytical and stakeholder communication skills.

Preferred D365 Functional Areas

Preferred Qualifications

• Dynamics 365 Functional Certification (preferred).
• Experience in CRM implementation projects.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
• Knowledge of integration testing involving APIs, Power Platform, and Microsoft ecosystem solutions.
