Facilitate application solutions by developing and reviewing module-level code, creating replication patterns, and addressing recurring technical issues.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver stable, documented solutions that meet business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Gather and document requirements for assigned modules, including process linkages, dependencies, and required changes.
- Facilitate module solution design under Project Manager guidance, aligning designs with business requirements and technical standards.
- Review code, resolve team technical queries, and create replication patterns consistent with project standards.
- Collaborate with project managers through the software development lifecycle.
- Perform root-cause analysis and troubleshoot recurring issues; modify code to fix errors, adapt to hardware or software changes, improve performance, and upgrade interfaces.
- Validate configurations, support application integration, and address dependencies during deployment.
- Prepare user training documents and related frameworks to support adoption and minimize transition risks.
Experience and mandatory skills
- Experience: 5–8 years.
- Mandatory skills: Full-stack Microsoft .NET and Smart Web App.
