Technical Lead- Java Full Stack

Qualifications

• 12-15 years of software engineering experience.
• Minimum 3 years of technical leadership or team leadership experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Java 11/17+, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Microservices.
• Experience with Angular or React.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies.
• Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity, code quality, documentation, and testing.
• Experience implementing automated code generation, test automation, code review, and engineering productivity solutions using AI technologies.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in Insurance or Financial Services domain.
• Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or JMS messaging platforms.
• Cloud certifications (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Insurance domain knowledge is an added advantage. Candidates with prior experience in Property & Casualty (P&C), Claims, Underwriting, Policy Administration, or Digital Insurance platforms will be preferred.
• Experience working with globally distributed engineering teams.
• Understanding of Generative AI concepts, Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, and enterprise AI solution patterns.
