Full-time, on-site Technical Lead role based in Doha, Qatar.
Guides design, development, and delivery of ATF's digital health platform.
Responsibilities
- Oversee architecture and system design, ensuring scalable, high-performing, secure web and mobile applications.
- Translate business needs into technical solutions with product, design, and operations teams; manage sprint planning and coding standards.
- Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and coordinate integrations with external systems and APIs.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and contribute to technology roadmap and tool/framework decisions.
- Ensure solutions align with healthcare regulatory and data protection requirements.
Qualifications
- Strong software engineering and architecture skills, including distributed systems, API-driven platforms, and cloud-native applications.
- Team leadership skills covering mentoring, code reviews, and agile project management.
- Skills in modern backend and frontend technologies, web frameworks, RESTful APIs, databases, and microservices patterns.
- DevOps and platform reliability skills, including CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, monitoring, and incident management.
- Security and compliance skills covering data protection, access control, secure coding, and familiarity with healthcare regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, clear technical decision-making, and effective cross-functional communication.
- Digital health, telehealth, healthcare technology, and regional healthcare ecosystem experience are highly beneficial.
- A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
