  • Managing VMs, App Services, Storage Accounts, and Azure resources.
  • Azure Networking: VNets, Subnets, NSGs, Load Balancers, Application Gateway, VPN, and ExpressRoute.
  • Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD): User management, RBAC, SSO, MFA, and Conditional Access.
  • Azure Security: Defender for Cloud, Key Vault, Azure Policy, Sentinel, and security best practices.
  • Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Terraform, Bicep, and ARM Templates.
  • Azure DevOps & CI/CD: Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Git, and deployment pipelines.
  • Scripting & Automation: PowerShell, Azure CLI, and Python automation.
  • Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights, and RCA.
  • Backup & Disaster Recovery: Azure Backup, Azure Site Recovery (ASR), and Business Continuity planning.
  • Containers & Kubernetes: Docker, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), and containerized application deployment.
  • Healthcare, banking, oil and gas, or other regulated environment exposure preferred.
  • Experience operating in a structured ITIL environment with formal SLAs.
  • Comfortable with on-call rotation and weekend maintenance windows.

Azure Cloud Operations Engineer

Responsible for designing, implementing, and managing cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure to ensure secure, scalable, and high-performing environments. Support cloud migration, deployment, monitoring, and optimization activities while maintaining operational excellence. Implement security, backup, disaster recovery, and governance controls in line with organizational standards. Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployment using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and DevOps practices. Troubleshoot cloud infrastructure, networking, and application issues to ensure business continuity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, cost-effective, and innovative cloud solutions that support business objectives.
