What you'll do
- Build front-end and back-end web applications with React and Next.js.
- Design, build, and deploy Amazon Bedrock LLM agents, including tool/function calling and multi-step orchestration.
- Design APIs connecting applications to backend data and AI processing services.
- Build user-facing workflows, dashboards, and reporting views.
- Set up and maintain cloud infrastructure for application deployment.
- Use Kiro and/or VS Code as the regular development environment.
What they're looking for
- Strong production web application experience with React and Next.js, including SSR and API routes.
- Solid TypeScript or JavaScript, modern front-end tooling, and API design and integration experience.
- Experience standing up cloud infrastructure; AWS experience is preferred, including services such as ECS/Fargate, API Gateway, Cognito, Aurora/RDS, and S3.
- CloudFormation or equivalent infrastructure-as-code experience, including authoring and maintaining templates.
- CI/CD experience with GitHub Actions, AWS CodePipeline, or similar.
- Experience with Kiro or VS Code; AI-assisted coding workflow experience is desirable.
- Experience building and deploying Amazon Bedrock LLM agents, including orchestration, tool/function calling, and knowledge-base integration.
- Spanish language proficiency is a nice-to-have.
Work arrangement
- Calgary, Alberta; the posting states 100% onsite.
Contract term
- Six-month contract.
