Role overview
Cloud Data Vision seeks a hands-on Technical Lead / Architect to build and deploy AI-powered web applications.
The role combines full-stack, AI/LLM, cloud, and solution architecture experience.

Location and workplace
- Calgary, Alberta; the position is 100% onsite.
Job type
- Contract.
Mandatory skills
- AI/LLM application development, including Amazon Bedrock agents, orchestration, and tool/function calling.
- React, Next.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
- Solution and technical architecture, Power Platform, and AWS cloud.
- API design and integration; CloudFormation or Infrastructure as Code.
- CI/CD using GitHub Actions, AWS CodePipeline, or a similar tool.
Key responsibilities
- Build production-grade full-stack web applications using React and Next.js.
- Design, build, and deploy LLM-powered agents on Amazon Bedrock; implement tool/function calling and multi-step orchestration.
- Integrate AI applications with backend data and services through APIs.
- Develop user-facing workflows, dashboards, and reporting interfaces.
- Design and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure and CloudFormation/IaC templates.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
- Provide technical leadership and contribute to solution architecture and design.
- Use Kiro and/or VS Code as part of an AI-assisted development workflow.
Technical environment
- Frontend: React, Next.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
- AI/LLM: Amazon Bedrock, LLM agents, tool/function calling, and knowledge bases.
- AWS: ECS/Fargate, API Gateway, Cognito, Aurora/RDS, and S3.
- Infrastructure: CloudFormation/IaC; DevOps: GitHub Actions and AWS CodePipeline/CI/CD.
- Architecture: solution, technical, and API architecture; platform: Power Platform.
Nice to have
- Experience integrating Amazon Bedrock or Claude APIs.
- Experience with Kiro and AI-assisted development.
- Spanish language proficiency.
