Technical Lead

Job Description

• We are looking for a highly skilled D365 F&O Tech Lead.
• You will be responsible for providing technical direction, designing innovative solutions, and ensuring the successful delivery of development initiatives in the D365 F&O environment.
• This role requires someone with deep technical expertise in Dynamics 365, a solid understanding of ERP systems, and the ability to lead a team while collaborating with business and technical stakeholders.
• ***Key Responsibilities:***
• Lead the design and implementation of D365 F&O solutions tailored to meet business requirements.
• Guide the development team through the full implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, technical design, coding, testing, and deployment.
• Review and provide input on technical architecture and ensure adherence to development standards.
• Collaborate closely with functional teams, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors to ensure end-to-end system integration and alignment with business goals.
• Drive the resolution of complex technical issues and provide solutions to ensure system reliability and performance.
• Promote best practices in D365 F&O development and ensure knowledge sharing within the technical team.
• Mentor and coach junior developers, enhancing their skills and helping them grow in their careers.
• Ensure proper version control, documentation, and compliance with security and data protection standards.
• Own the technical aspects of the project from start to finish, ensuring seamless handover post-implementation.
• Keeps up to date with D365 F&O and related technologies
• Must haves:
• 7+ years of experience in technical implementations and integrations of Dynamics 365 F&O (or previous versions).
• Previous experience in a D365 developer role.
• Strong understanding of functional capabilities within D365 Finance and Supply Chain Management modules.
• Expertise in X++, Visual Studio, and D365 development tools.
• Solid understanding of D365 F&O architecture, data model, and security framework.
• Experience integrating D365 F&O with third-party applications and external systems.
• Skilled in implementing automated deployment processes and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficient in Azure Services, Life Cycle Services, Azure DevOps, Power Platform, and API Management.
• In-depth knowledge of business processes and automation best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with effective collaboration across technical and non-technical teams.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to present to senior management.
• Ability to interpret complex documents and data, drawing valid conclusions.
• Strong influencing and negotiation abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Nice to have:
• Relevant D365 certifications are strongly preferred (MB-500, MB-700, MB-330, MB-300)
