Wacta is a WhatsApp Business automation and CRM platform built for SMBs and growing teams in the UAE and GCC.

We help businesses manage sales, support, bookings, broadcasts, follow-ups, and customer conversations from one shared system using WhatsApp Business API, CRM workflows, automation, AI replies, and analytics.

Our goal is simple: help businesses stop handling WhatsApp manually and start managing customer conversations with speed, structure, and visibility.

Role Description

We are hiring a

Technical Implementation Manager

based in Dubai to manage client onboarding, WhatsApp Business API setup, automation workflows, CRM configuration, and technical support for Wacta clients.

This is a remote contract role with potential to become part-time or full-time as Wacta’s client base grows.

The role involves setting up client accounts, supporting Meta Business and WhatsApp Business API requirements, configuring workflows, testing client setups, troubleshooting issues, documenting processes, and coordinating with the internal technical team.

You will work closely with Wacta’s founders and technical lead to make sure clients are onboarded properly and can use the platform smoothly.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is technical, organized, fast, and comfortable working in a startup environment.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and configure client accounts on Wacta
  • Support WhatsApp Business API onboarding and setup
  • Assist with Meta Business, phone number, and template message setup
  • Configure CRM workflows, tags, broadcasts, automations, and user access
  • Test client accounts before launch
  • Troubleshoot technical issues during onboarding and early usage
  • Support clients with setup questions and platform usage
  • Document common issues, fixes, and onboarding steps
  • Coordinate with the technical lead on bugs, integrations, and client requirements
  • Help improve Wacta’s internal implementation and support process

Qualifications

  • Experience with SaaS platforms, CRM tools, or customer support systems
  • Understanding of WhatsApp Business API, Meta Business Suite, or WhatsApp automation tools
  • Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to explain technical steps clearly to clients
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
  • Good English communication skills
  • Arabic is a plus
  • UAE experience is a plus

Experience

  • with tools such as WATI, Interakt, DoubleTick, Rasayel, respond.io, Zoko, Zoho, HubSpot, Meta Business Suite, WhatsApp Cloud API, or similar platforms is a strong advantage.
  • Nice to Have
  • Experience onboarding SMB clients
  • Basic understanding of APIs, webhooks, integrations, or automation workflows
  • Experience creating technical documentation or support guides
  • Previous experience in SaaS, CRM, martech, or customer support technology
