Technical Event Operator – IoT & Interactive Technology (Project-Based)

Preferred Candidate

• Jeddah-based candidates preferred
• Fluent in both **English and Arabic**
• Must be available on-site throughout the project duration
• Prior experience in event technology and interactive systems is mandatory

Required Technical Knowledge

• Candidates should have hands-on understanding or operational experience with:
• IoT systems and connected devices
• LiDAR sensors
• Gesture-based interactions
• Motion tracking systems
• Interactive installations and sensor-based experiences
• Basic troubleshooting of hardware/software integrations
• AV and event technology operations

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor interactive technology systems on-site
• Ensure smooth functioning of LiDAR, gesture, and motion tracking setups
• Coordinate with technical teams, vendors, and event management
• Troubleshoot technical issues during live operations
• Handle setup checks, calibration, testing, and daily maintenance
• Ensure all interactive experiences are functioning properly throughout event hours
• Share operational updates and report technical issues promptly

Required

• Strong technical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work under pressure during live events
• Good communication and coordination abilities
• Organized and proactive approach to problem-solving
• Understanding of event operations and technical workflows

Requirement

• Minimum 1 year of experience in:
• Event technology
• Interactive installations
• AV/technical operations
• IoT or sensor-based systems
