Technical Director
About This Role
In this role, you will collaborate closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to deliver innovative, buildable, and high-quality projects that meet regulatory and brand requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership across architectural, structural, civil, and MEP disciplines for large-scale hospitality, residential, and retail projects.
- Oversee the technical development and integration of multidisciplinary design packages ensuring compliance with Saudi building codes and international standards.
- Lead design reviews, resolve technical challenges, and maintain rigorous quality assurance throughout design, procurement, and construction phases.
- Act as the primary technical liaison between clients, consultants, and contractors to facilitate effective communication and decision-making.
- Implement technical governance frameworks to monitor project progress, risks, and ensure timely delivery within budget.
