About the Role
A Electronics Group, a manufacturing company in the medical equipment sector, is seeking a Technical Director to lead the plant's production and engineering operations.
This is a key leadership position responsible for technological processes, product quality, and the development of the company's manufacturing capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide overall technical leadership of the medical equipment manufacturing plant
- Organize and optimize production and technological processes
- Ensure product quality and compliance with industry standards (ISO 13485, applicable medical device regulatory requirements)
- Lead the engineering and technical staff; build and develop the team
- Plan technical upgrades and oversee the implementation of new equipment and technologies
- Manage relationships with equipment suppliers, component vendors, and contractors
- Ensure compliance with occupational health, industrial safety, and environmental requirements
- Contribute to the strategic planning of production development
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in senior technical or engineering management roles
- Working knowledge of English for business communication and documentation
- Degree in engineering, mechanical engineering, medical technology, or a related technical field
- Solid understanding of production processes and quality management systems
- Experience in the medical equipment sector or related high-tech industries is an advantage
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a technical team
