About This Role
Overview
- 15+ years of experience in technology delivery, with at least 5 years in a delivery lead, technical project
- management, or senior scrum master role on digital banking or fintech programmes.
- Demonstrable technical background — either through prior software engineering, solution architecture, or
- technical business analysis experience — sufficient to engage as a credible peer with developers, architects,
- and platform teams on technical delivery questions.
- Proven delivery experience on programmes spanning mobile application development (iOS and Android),
- REST API platforms, microservices architectures, and integrations with core banking or enterprise systems.
- Expert command of delivery management disciplines: work breakdown structures, dependency mapping,
- RAID management, milestone planning, critical path analysis, and agile delivery ceremonies.
- Strong experience managing integration delivery complexity — understanding how digital systems connect to
- core banking platforms and the specific delivery risks this introduces (API versioning, contract testing,
- sandbox availability, change window constraints).
- Experience managing multi-squad, multi-workstream digital delivery programmes with concurrent
- dependencies across platform, infrastructure, QA, and business stakeholder teams.
- Familiarity with mobile CI/CD pipelines, App Store release processes, and the delivery constraints specific to
- native mobile application development.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field. PMP,
- Prince2, SAFe certification preferred.
- Prior experience in the same domain or hands-on familiarity with the specific technologies relevant to this role
- will be considered a significant advantage during candidate evaluation.
