Technical Data Management Specialist
Role Overview
The selected candidate will:
• Assist with monitoring and assigning incoming project requests via email
• Support project management by entering or updating customer data into various company databases
• Review and track project requests and communicate with internal and external customers regarding questions or updates as needed
• Assist with troubleshooting database questions with internal and external customers via phone and email
• Maintain high customer satisfaction with internal and external customers
• Maintain or exceed project turnaround time goals
• Work with various department subgroups responsible for technical information

Job Description
The selected candidate will:

Required Qualifications
- The successful candidate’s background will include:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required); technical or higher degree (preferred)
- Strong verbal and written English proficiency
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook (or equivalent)
- SAP experience (preferred)
- Customer service experience in commercial or industrial environment (preferred)
