- Coordinate engineering and technical activities across multiple projects to ensure timely execution and delivery.
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, resource coordination, and progress monitoring.
- Prepare, review, maintain, and organize technical documents, drawings, reports, and project records.
- Coordinate with engineers, clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers regarding technical requirements, project updates, and deliverables.
- Monitor project timelines and follow up on pending technical submissions, approvals, and project milestones.
- Coordinate day-to-day administrative and operational activities related to engineering projects.
- Schedule and coordinate technical meetings, prepare meeting agendas, and record meeting minutes.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, company procedures, quality standards, and applicable regulations.
- Track project deliverables and provide regular progress reports and status updates to management.
- Support site teams with technical documentation, coordination, and project-related administrative requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of correspondence, technical submissions, approvals, and project documentation.
- Perform other technical, administrative, and coordination duties as assigned by management.
- Pay: AED1,731.08 - AED9,952.91 per month
