Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• · Lead and mentor a team of engineers, providing technical guidance, task prioritization, and delivery oversight.
• · Drive technical and architectural decisions across embedded, cloud, data, deployment, and OTA domains.
• · Develop software solutions using C/C++ and Python and maintain data solutions on Azure and Databricks.
• · Define deployment concepts, procedures, and operational guidelines, and establish scalable deployment and release processes.
• · Support rollout, configuration, commissioning, and operationalization of new capabilities.
• · Support and govern OTA deployments, ensuring reliable and secure software delivery.
• · Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis, incident management, and issue resolution during deployment activities.
• · Provide technical guidance and implementation direction while acting as the review authority for key technical deliverables.
• · Coordinate with global stakeholders, architects, product owners, and cross-functional engineering teams to ensure successful delivery.
• · Conduct technical reviews, ensure quality compliance, and provide deployment readiness and release sign-off recommendations.
• · Own deployment-related decisions, manage risks and dependencies, and drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.

The role involves software development, deployment planning, rollout coordination, troubleshooting, and operational support across vehicle and cloud ecosystems.
