About the role
The Technical Content Writer will understand complex technology and communicate it clearly and credibly.
The role focuses on written content rather than documentation-heavy or diagram-focused work and supports the company's website, thought leadership, blogs, product content, and digital channels.
Content and research
- Research and write technical content about AI, Agentic AI, LLMs, automation, healthcare technology, and enterprise software.
- Create blogs, explainers, thought leadership, website and product content, solution explainers, case studies, whitepapers, reports, social content, and executive pieces.
- Conduct independent research using credible technology, healthcare, and industry sources; repurpose research into multiple formats and channels.
Subject matter and technical accuracy
- Work with engineers, product teams, subject matter experts, and leaders to understand products, architecture, and technical concepts.
- Interview internal experts and turn their knowledge into polished, audience-friendly content.
- Explain emerging AI and healthcare technology and its business and operational outcomes, particularly in healthcare RCM.
- Maintain technical accuracy and adapt content for technical practitioners, executives, and business stakeholders.
Editorial and company narrative
- Partner with marketing and leadership to build a consistent technology narrative and point of view.
- Stay current with AI, enterprise technology, healthcare technology, and broader technology developments.
What the employer is looking for
- 2–5 years in technical writing, technology content, B2B SaaS content, enterprise technology content, or a similar role.
- Strong technology understanding, independent research ability, and excellent written English, including clarity, structure, grammar, and storytelling.
- Ability to explain complex concepts precisely without losing technical substance and to write for technical and executive audiences.
- Strong research skills, editorial judgment, and attention to technical accuracy.
- Comfort working with engineers, architects, product managers, and technology leaders and extracting information from subject matter experts.
Good to have
- Experience writing about AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, NLP, automation, or SaaS.
- Exposure to healthcare technology, healthcare RCM, fintech, insurance technology, or other enterprise domains.
- B2B technology or SaaS content experience; basic understanding of APIs, cloud computing, software architecture, data, integrations, and enterprise applications.
- Experience writing for technology decision-makers or enterprise buyers; familiarity with SEO principles and content research tools.
