About the Role

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification in IT, Engineering or a related discipline
• Salesforce, ServiceNow and/or Workday certifications (preferred)
• Agile/Scrum delivery experience
• Skills & Experience
• 5+ years’ hands‐on delivery experience across two or more of Salesforce, ServiceNow or Workday
• Strong understanding of platform-specific data models, security and configuration tools
• Proven ability to manage multiple platforms and context‐switch within a complex delivery portfolio
• Experience working with offshore partners in enterprise environments
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non‐technical stakeholders
• Exposure to AI and automation capabilities within enterprise platforms (desirable)
