Technical CAD Engineer

About Us

Position Overview

• The Technical CAD Engineer will support the design team by producing accurate technical drawings and schematics for smoke ventilation systems. The role also offers potential career growth into a Technical Engineer position.

Responsibilities

• Create wiring schematics for smoke ventilation systems
• Produce product construction drawings using AutoCAD
• Prepare layout drawings using Bluebeam
• Review technical drawings and project documentation for accuracy and compliance
• Assist with technical engineering tasks as required
• Ensure all drawings are accurate, properly revised, and up to date
• Maintain organized and properly filed drawing documents and technical records
• Perform other related tasks as needed

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience in AutoCAD and Bluebeam drafting
• Experience in HVAC, smoke control, or fire protection systems (fire alarm systems preferred)

• Licensed Philippine Board Passer

• + Electrical Engineer (preferred, due to wiring schematic requirements), or
• + Mechanical Engineer
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office
• Advantage: Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Simpro, or Epicor

• Work Set-up: Remote

• Salary: 50,000 to 70,000 Php
• Equipment : Provided
• Work Schedule: 11:00am to 7.30pm Manila (PH) Time
