Technical Business Analyst (Salesforce)

Salary and Employment

• Salary: £60,000 - £73,000 per annum.
• Employment type: Permanent.
• Hours per week: 37.
• Reporting into: Project Manager.
• Department: IT.

Working Arrangement

• The role operates primarily on a remote working arrangement requiring travel into one of our UK sites once per month minimum.
• The remote working model is a non-contractual benefit that could change during employment.
• An Arden work location is added to employment contracts.

About the Opportunity

Key Work

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, analyse processes and translate requirements into clear, effective solutions.
• Facilitate workshops and document requirements.
• Support implementation and adoption.
• Champion business analysis best practice and embed consistent standards and continuous improvement.

Essential Skills and Experience

• Relevant degree or equivalent professional experience in Business Analysis, with ideally significant experience of Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
• Proven experience delivering business analysis within IT-enabled change or digital transformation environments.
• Expertise in requirements gathering, business process analysis and documenting as-is and to-be processes.
• Experience applying Business Analysis techniques including user stories, use cases, workshops, interviews and process modelling.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and CRM transformation programmes.
• Experience working with third-party integrations and middleware.
• Experience of data migration.
• Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing, including planning and execution.
• Ability to assess the impact of change and produce clear, evidence-based recommendations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent stakeholder management, influencing and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.

• Experience supporting colleagues and promoting Business Analysis best practice.
• Good understanding of how systems, data and technology support business processes and organisational objectives.
• Knowledge of relevant governance, legal and regulatory requirements within a professional environment.
