Role Overview
BBGC is seeking Technical Business Analysts to join its Montreal team.
The source emphasizes business-to-business integration, SAP processes, enterprise technology, and operational support experience.
Strongly Preferred Experience
- OpenText Trading Grid, OpenText Business Network, another VAN, or a comparable B2B integration platform.
- SAP Order-to-Cash, shipment, logistics, customer master, or warehouse integration experience.
- EDI 856 or ASN and Certificate of Analysis process experience.
- FTP/SFTP, XML, CSV, API, and middleware integration concepts.
- Experience with third-party logistics providers, warehouses, brokers, carriers, or manufacturing customers.
- Azure DevOps requirements or backlog management.
- French communication capability.
- Business validation, sign-off, deployment, and post-production support coordination.
Desirable Experience
- Anaplan functional support, administration, or model-management exposure.
- Power BI or operational reporting experience.
- Modern ERP or SAP S/4HANA transformation exposure.
- Problem management and root-cause analysis experience.
- Experience building a support model or transitioning a project into business-as-usual operations.
- Experience in mining, metals, manufacturing, commodity trading, or industrial supply.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate business validation and sign-off activities for technology integrations or solutions.
- Coordinate deployment activities and post-production support.
- Manage or contribute to requirements and backlog activities using Azure DevOps.
- Support integration processes involving B2B platforms, SAP, EDI, APIs, and middleware.
