Technical Bid Coordinator

Role summary

Bid coordination and preparation

• Coordinate bids and tenders from receipt through submission; distribute inquiries to estimators and relevant departments.
• Track progress, collect required documents, monitor deadlines, and ensure compliance with client requirements.
• Prepare and compile technical submissions; review accuracy, completeness, consistency, and presentation quality.

Stakeholder coordination and planning

• Gather bid inputs from estimators, commercial managers, planners, and project teams; coordinate clarifications with clients and consultants.
• Work with Business Development to align bid strategies and priorities.
• Maintain bid schedules and trackers, organize tender review meetings, and monitor completion of bid activities.

Submission and handover

• Manage online and physical tender submissions and ensure they are complete, compliant, and on time.
• Maintain organized records of bid documents and correspondence.
• Prepare project handover documentation after a successful award.

Qualifications and experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in bid coordination, tendering, or proposal management.
• Construction, fit-out, or contracting industry experience is preferred.
• Strong organization, multitasking, communication, stakeholder management, attention to detail, and commitment to quality.
• Ability to manage multiple bids and tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Pay

• AED 6,000–10,000 per month.

Work location

• Work is in person in Dubai.
