Role Overview
ESCO Global seeks a skilled and detail-oriented Technical Architectural Engineer with strong experience in hospitality fit-out projects, joinery detailing, and FF&E coordination.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
- 7-10 years of experience in architectural fit-out projects.
- Proven experience in hotel and hospitality projects (mandatory).
- Strong expertise in joinery shop drawings, detailing, and material specifications.
- Hands-on experience in FF&E coordination and procurement.
- Excellent coordination skills with design, MEP, suppliers, and site teams.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and relevant design software.
- Experience in 4- and 5-star hotel projects is a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and coordinate architectural and joinery shop drawings.
- Manage FF&E technical coordination, specifications, and procurement requirements.
- Resolve technical issues and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure technical submissions and site execution comply with approved designs, specifications, and quality standards.
