Technical Analyst - Tier 3

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the final Tier 3 escalation point for complex technical issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve advanced infrastructure, cloud, network, security, and systems issues.
• Gather client requirements and design technical solutions.
• Lead technical delivery of complex projects from planning through completion.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks within client environments.
• Create and maintain clear technical documentation.
• Develop scopes of work for technical projects.
• Mentor junior and intermediate technical team members.
• Facilitate technical training and knowledge sharing.
• Assist with urgent or emergency technical work when required.
• Perform onsite work and travel to client locations when required.

What We're Looking For

• Senior Tier 3 experience and at least 5 years as a Systems Administrator, Systems Engineer, or similar technical professional.
• Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies, cloud services, networking, virtualization, backup, and cybersecurity.
• Experience designing and implementing technical solutions.
• Experience leading or delivering complex IT projects.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of complex technical problems.
• Team-focused mindset with ability to mentor and support other technical professionals.
