Technical Advisor role focused on JCC2-R systems and capabilities.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement assigned projects, including technical planning, development, testing, deployment support, and evaluation of system capabilities.
- Analyze, evaluate, design, integrate, document, and implement complex systems.
- Provide technical guidance and subject-matter expertise; support development, process improvement, studies, and requirements definition.
- Oversee contractor engineering and system-development phases related to JCC2-R capabilities.
- Coordinate with the PMO on prioritized capability development and technical decomposition of requirements.
- Lead technical analysis and planning; develop or review requirements, procedures, and functional architectures.
Required qualifications
- 10 years of overall experience in the functional area; master's degree may substitute for 2 years of experience.
- Related bachelor's degree required.
- 10 years of full-stack software development experience in object-oriented and scripted languages, with DevSecOps, microservices, and container tool suites.
- Demonstrated experience preparing, conducting, and documenting system tests and results.
- 5 years of bug-tracking software experience, such as Jira; 5 years testing web applications.
- 5 years leading software development programs or projects.
- Practical experience integrating RESTful interfaces and developing and deploying software in a cloud environment.
- Security+ certification required.
Desired qualifications
- Experience using Agile test-driven development.
- Experience integrating into DoD DevSecOps environments.
