Role overview

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to collaborate in hybrid settings and work independently remotely.
• Hospitality, travel, or customer-facing experience and familiarity with booking platforms or CRM systems are beneficial.
• A relevant diploma or degree in business, engineering, hospitality management, or a related field is preferred; equivalent practical experience is valued.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and a service-oriented mindset are important.
