Job Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Technical Account Executive

to manage client relationships, drive revenue growth, and identify new business opportunities.

The ideal candidate will combine strong sales skills with solid technical understanding to effectively support clients and expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and retention
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to drive business growth
  • Present and demonstrate technical products/services to clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams (technical, product, support) to deliver solutions
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or a similar role
  • **Mandatory: Strong technical background or experience in tech-related products/services**
  • **Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills**
  • **Ability to understand and explain technical concepts to non-technical clients**
  • **Strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills**
  • **Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset**

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in SaaS, IT services, or technology sales
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field
