We are looking for a sharp, proactive **Tech Support Coordinator** who can bridge the gap between technical complexity and outstanding client satisfaction.

The Role: What You’ll Do
As our **Tech Support Coordinator**, you will be the operational heartbeat of our technical support team.
You will triage incoming technical requests, manage support ticket workflows, and coordinate our engineers to ensure that system downtime is nonexistent for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- **Workflow Coordination:** Monitor, prioritize, and assign incoming support tickets and service requests to the right technical specialists.
- **Incident Management:** Serve as the primary escalation point for critical tech issues, tracking them through to speedy resolution.
- **Client Liaison:** Act as the professional, reassuring voice for clients during technical disruptions, providing clear updates without the confusing jargon.
- **Resource Scheduling:** Coordinate the schedules and dispatches of on-site and remote technical support engineers.
- **Performance Tracking:** Maintain accurate documentation of support logs, analyze response times (SLAs), and generate weekly performance metrics to help us optimize our service.
What We’re Looking For (Requirements)
- **Experience:** 2–4 years of experience in an IT helpdesk, tech support environment, or technical project coordination role.
- **Tech Fundamentals:** Solid baseline understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud services, networking, and enterprise hardware/software.
- **Organizational Superpowers:** Exceptional multitasking skills; ability to stay calm, organized, and analytical under pressure.
- **Communication Excellence:** Fluent in English with top-tier written and verbal communication skills (Arabic language skills are a valuable asset).
- **Local Presence:** Currently residing in Qatar with a valid QID, ready to work on-site in the West Bay business district (Tornado Tower).
