What You Will Do

• Hire, mentor, and coach engineering talent to build strong, high-performing teams.
• Guide teams to align architectures, standards, and technical strategies with enterprise frameworks.
• Cultivate a collaborative, product-focused engineering culture grounded in Agile practices.
• Define priorities, strategies, and delivery approaches across assigned data engineering portfolios or domains.
• Oversee the execution of data pipelines, integrations, ETL processes, and data quality frameworks.
• Ensure compliance with data governance standards and enterprise architecture guidelines.
• Foster an environment of acceptance and respect that strengthens relationships, and ensures authentic connections with colleagues, customers, and communities.

• Skills You Will Need
• Programming & Data Tools: Advanced proficiency in Python, SQL, and modern ETL/ELT frameworks to build scalable and reliable data solutions. Technical Leadership: Ability to guide engineering direction, elevate team performance, and foster cross-functional alignment. Stakeholder Management: Skilled at communicating complex technical concepts clearly to business partners and senior leadership. Strategic Thinking: Ability to prioritize and execute initiatives that advance enterprise technology and business objectives. Agile Delivery: Experienced in applying Agile methodologies to drive iterative development, transparency, and predictable outcomes. Innovation & Continuous Learning: Demonstrates curiosity for emerging technologies and inspires teams to adopt innovative approaches. Data Governance & Compliance: Ensures adherence to data governance standards and enterprise architecture guidelines while maintaining high-quality pipelines. Collaboration & Culture: Cultivates a collaborative, product-focused engineering culture that supports high-performing teams.

Who You Are

• Candidates with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field are encouraged to apply.
• 8+ years of experience building comprehensive cloud-based data pipelines in a large organization. 2+ years leading cross-functional projects.
• This role involves performing essential job functions such as communication, collaboration, and use of office and computer systems. Responsibilities include the ability to access and review written and electronic information, and to move within the work environment and interact with workplace materials as needed to carry out job responsibilities.
• Able to work a flexible schedule based on department and company needs.
