At least 10 years of backend software development experience, with strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot.
At least 3 years working as a Tech Lead.
Proven experience designing and delivering microservices architectures and distributed systems.
Deep understanding of REST API design, OpenAPI (Swagger), and API security with OAuth2 and JWT.
Track record of leading large-scale projects and cross-functional technical efforts.

Digital-asset domain experience is required, including cryptocurrency, custody, exchange or trading platforms, tokenization, or blockchain-based financial services.
Deep understanding of security, compliance, and data integrity requirements in fintech applications.
Comfort with CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, and monitoring tools.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Lead design and delivery of microservices architectures and distributed systems.
Lead large-scale projects and cross-functional technical efforts.
Guide backend software development for digital-asset and fintech applications.
