Tech Lead

Overview

o 1 Product/Support (PM)

• Oversee system architecture, design, and scalability
• Define technical roadmap aligned with business objectives
• Review and approve code, ensuring best practices and quality standards
• Implement and monitor DevOps pipelines, CI/CD, and security practices
• Identify technical risks and propose mitigation strategies
• Ensure system performance, reliability, and data security
• Conduct regular sprint reviews, stand-ups, and technical discussions
• Coordinate closely with stakeholders and management
• Mentor and guide team members to improve performance and output
• Ensure timely delivery of all technical milestones

Technical Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in Azure Cloud Services
• Proven expertise in Flutter development
• Solid background in DevOps (CI/CD, security, deployments)
• Experience with system architecture and scalable applications
• Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and database management Education & Experience
• **Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field**
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in software development
• **At least 2+ years in a Tech Lead / Senior role**
• Proven experience managing teams and delivering projects
• **Strong leadership and decision-making skills**
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• **Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment**

• **Contract Duration: 6 Months (Extendable based on performance)**
• Working Mode: Remote / Hybrid (within Doha, to be finalized)
• **Meetings: Regular via Microsoft Teams / Zoom**
• Pay: QAR7,000.00 per hour
