A global fintech operating at scale is looking for a **hands-on Tech Lead** to help drive its transition toward AI-native systems.

What You’ll Be Driving
- Evolving platforms toward **AI-native operations** and intelligent automation
- Designing high-performance, real-time systems in a trading environment
- Integrating AI capabilities without compromising latency or reliability
- Removing engineering bottlenecks through smart automation
- Leading by example in a high-calibre, globally distributed team
What You Bring
- Strong experience with **Go, Python, Rust, or C++** in performance-focused systems

- Hands-on exposure to **LLMs, RAG pipelines, vector databases, or MLOps**
