Lead the technical element of a way of working and process audit across technology teams

Work closely with product squads, including Mobile, Loyalty and AI, to understand how work flows across teams

Map existing processes, identifying handover points, dependencies and integration bottlenecks

Assess how modern front-end products interact with legacy backend systems and middle-layer APIs

Conduct interviews and team-shadowing sessions with technical teams to understand current ways of working

Build strong relationships with developers, engineers and technical stakeholders to understand challenges and opportunities for improvement

Provide technical insight and recommendations to support the wider audit and transformation strategy.

Coach and support developers where appropriate, helping teams identify improvements to their ways of working

Possess deep experience in modern TypeScript alongside enterprise Java ecosystems

Have a proven track record of stakeholder management, client engagement and technical consultancy

You understand modern cloud environments, RESTful APIs, integration patterns and complex platform migrations
