Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Qlik platform administration, or enterprise analytics environments . 4+ years of hands-on experience with Qlik Sense/Qlik platform administration and support . 2+ years of hands-on experience with Qlik Cloud Tenant Administration, security, user/access management, and platform operations . 3+ years of experience with Qlik application deployments, data connections, reload management, monitoring, and production support . Core Technical Skills Platform: Qlik Cloud, Qlik Sense Administration: Tenant Administration, User & Role Management, Space Management Security: Access Control, SSO, Identity Management, Permissions Operations: Monitoring, Reload Management, Scheduling, Troubleshooting Governance: Platform Governance, Audit, Security & Compliance Data Connectivity: SQL Databases, Cloud/Data Platform Connections Development Support: Application Publishing, Deployment & Environment Management Automation: Qlik APIs/Scripting and administrative automation Support: Incident Management, RCA, Problem & Change Management Nice to Have Experience migrating Qlik Sense Enterprise on Windows to Qlik Cloud . Experience with Qlik Application Automation. Knowledge of Qlik Cloud APIs and administrative automation. Experience with Section Access and enterprise security models. Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), SAML, OAuth, or other identity technologies. Knowledge of Qlik data gateways and hybrid/cloud data connectivity. Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, Azure, AWS, or other modern data platforms. Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases. Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, or similar ITSM tools. Experience supporting enterprise production environments and handling critical incidents. Understanding of ITIL, change management, and release management processes. Qlik certification is preferred. Strong troubleshooting, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
