What is a Solution Center Expert?

What you will do in your role

• Answer 40-100 inbound calls from Russell Cellular employees in the field daily
• Use tools, resources, and training to resolve issues
• Bring an attitude of service with a passion for helping people
• Utilize a multitude of computer systems: MS Office, Email, as well as Russell Cellular and Verizon’s internal POS/Sales systems
• Participate in various other company and team initiatives during downtime
• Advance communication capability – ability to manage multiple communication channels simultaneously such as live calls, chats, or emails.
• Strong work ethic with reliable attendance and punctuality
• Availability to work flexible hours between 8:00A.M. - 10:00 P.M. Monday- Saturday and Sunday between 9:00A.M. – 7:00P.M. (A weekend day is required)
