TEAM SUPPORT ASSOCIATE

The Dauphin County District Attorney's Office is hiring a Team Support Associate to join their fast-paced office. An employee in this position provides necessary support to a team of deputy district attorneys with a high volume of case file creation and review, data entry, paperwork management, case preparation for discovery and court proceedings, handling arraignment court-which includes direct contact with criminal defendants, witness subpoenas, correspondence, and entering dispositions as needed. Other duties of this position include case file categorization, preparation, scanning and shredding, assisting at the front desk as assigned, and regular office filing. This is a union position.

• Graduation from high school or an accredited equivalency program with coursework in secretarial sciences, clerical skills, business administration, business English and/or related fields; Windows/Microsoft Office experience and a favorable criminal background check are required.
• Prior experience in an office setting is preferred. An employee in this position must have attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
