Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Team Supervisor - Smart Home Technician, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The role involves supervising a team of technicians, coordinating the installation and configuration of smart home systems, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently.
Responsibilities include overseeing team performance, troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining customer satisfaction, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Technical skills: at least 5 Years of experience. Knowledge of smart home systems, IoT devices, and automation technologies
- Leadership skills: Experience in supervising and coordinating technical teams
- Problem-solving skills: Ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for team coordination and client interaction
- Organizational skills: Capable of managing multiple projects and ensuring timely completion
- Additional qualifications: Experience in smart home installation or related technical fields is a plus
- Education: Diploma or degree in engineering, IT, or a related field preferred
- Location requirement: Must be based in, or willing to relocate to, Dubai, UAE
- Driving License is a must.
